12-1 pm Kundalini w/ Callie Maggiori

Classes are one long. The classes begin with an opening chant. Next follow a Kriya (a specific set of asanas or postures), a guided deep relaxation, and finally a meditation. The atmosphere is cozy, non-competitive and internally focused. No experience is required and people of all levels of fitness are welcome and able to participate. These basic classes are tailored to support newcomers who are just beginning their practice of Kundalini Yoga, as well as advancing the practice of continuing yoga students. Procedures and postures are carefully explained and adaptations are offered to assist everyone in participating as fully as possible. Learn how breath, mantra, meditation, postures, and affirmations can function as powerful tools for enhancing one’s wealth, health, and happiness. Based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, these yoga sets, or kriyas, are designed to create a deeper connection to the soul and its fountain of self-empowerment.

6:30-7:45 pm Yoga (Re) Connect & Flow w/ Marcia Hudgel
